Today's cell phones are capable of sending an SMS message, commonly referred to as a “Text Message.” With RealSponse a prospective buyers/renter texts the property address to the RealSponse shortcode (simply a 5 digit number). A few moments later, the prospective buyer/renter receives a text message back with a detailed description of the property and photos. The prospective buyer/renter's cell phone number is instantly captured and immediately sent to the agent or developer's sales office for follow-up. Once reviewing the photos and property description the potential buyer/renter can text back in with their email address, and the full property one-sheet will be emailed to them.
